My name is Margaret Barbi and I hold a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bologna (Italy).

After working in companies and seeing from the inside how businesses operate in several sectors — among them wine, food, textiles and transport — I became a freelance translator.

My working languages are Italian, English, Spanish and Russian; I translate and revise texts, articles, manuals, websites, books and subtitles for companies, translation agencies and private clients. I collaborate with reliable native-speaker translators to widen the range of language combinations on offer.

I use a variety of CAT tools, including Trados Studio, so that each translation is accurate and consistent. I am precise and highly attentive to detail, and I deliver projects on time, within the agreed deadlines.
